2021 Registration Ceiling Registration and Fee Fees

In accordance with the Second Part Registration Fee of the Regulation on the Determination and Payment of the Registration Fee and the Annual Fee and Supplementary Fee, and Article 5 of the Annual and Supplementary Dues chapter, the fee that the Member is obliged to pay during registration to the chamber or the exchange is called the registration fee and the annual fee to be paid for each year. Members are obliged to pay the registration fee and annual dues for each year during registration to the chamber or exchange.

Registration fee and annual fee amounts are determined according to the degrees and tariffs to be determined according to the procedures shown in this Regulation.

The registration fee and the annual fee cannot be less than ten percent or more than half of the gross amount of the monthly minimum wage applied for those over the age of sixteen.

No annual fee is charged for the year in which the registration fee is received. However, in the event that those who leave the chamber or the stock exchange by deleting their registration are re-registered, a re-registration fee is charged, even within the same year.

Members who are registered in more than one chamber pay half of the registration fee and annual dues determined for them, provided that they document this situation.

Members registered in branches pay half of the registration fee and annual fee specified in this article.

The ceiling for the total registration fee to be charged per Producer Receipt and invoice cannot be less than ten percent of the annual fee ceiling or more than the whole.

The relative and fixed wages determined in this tariff cannot exceed 430.00 TL.
